Ebel Inc. offers major medical, dental, and vision insurance to REGULAR FULL-TIME employees. However, the existence of these programs does not signify that an employee will necessarily be employed for the required time necessary to qualify for the benefits included in and administrated through these programs.

The 401K Profit Sharing plan offers Ebel Integrator's employees a unique opportunity for savings, financial growth, and sharing of the profits of the company with favorable tax treatment. These benefits will be available to employees on their 1 year anniversary date for the 401K product and 2 year anniversary date for the Profit Sharing.
The Plan helps contributors save in several ways:
- Gross taxable income is reduced
- Ebel Inc. makes a matching contribution of employee's contributions
- Convenience of payroll deduction (amount you choose)

Ebel Inc. observes the following paid holidays per year for all Regular Full Time Employees.

Paid vacation is available to regular full-time employees following one year of employment with Ebel Inc. Upon the employee's hire date, vacation pay will start accruing at a monthly rate for a total of two weeks a year.

Paid sick leave is available upon employment with Ebel Inc. Upon the employee's hire date, sick pay will start accruing at a monthly rate for a total of six days a year.
